King George III:
(sitting on a throne, smug)
“They must pay taxes to the crown! The Stamp Act, the Tea Tax—fair and necessary!”
Samuel Adams:
(angrily)
“No taxation without representation! We will resist!”
Paul Revere:
“Let’s send a message they won’t forget.”
(He pretends to throw tea into the harbor.)
Narrator:
“That night in 1773, the Boston Tea Party sparked outrage in Britain—and revolution in the colonies.”
🎬 Scene 2: The Call for Independence
Patrick Henry:
(stands passionately)
“Give me liberty... or give me death!”
John Adams:
“We must unite and declare our independence!”
Thomas Jefferson:
“I’ll write it—our Declaration of Independence!”
(Pretends to write)
Jefferson (reading):
“All men are created equal... and are endowed with certain unalienable Rights—Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.”
Narrator:
“On July 4, 1776, the Declaration of Independence was adopted. The colonies were now a nation—on paper, at least.”
🎬 Scene 3: The War Begins
Narrator:
“The British army was powerful, but the Americans had determination—and leadership.”
George Washington:
“We may be outnumbered, but we fight for freedom. We fight for our future!”
Paul Revere:
“The British are coming! To arms, to arms!”
(Pretends to ride a horse)
Narrator:
“The battles of Lexington and Concord began the war. Washington led the Continental Army through victories and hardships.”
